MY SOCIAL PHILOSOPHY IN LIFE by: EMMA LOU Z. REGALADO Personally, I am blessed to have this opportunity to study and work at the same time. But I tell you, it is not an easy task everyday for it requires a lot of time, patience and enthusiasm. Every day is a challenge day and a “matter of consequence” like most grown-ups quoted in the story of The Little Prince by Antoine Saint- Exupery. Yes, I can consider myself as grown-up by age but not yet in my profession. Tedious it may be for me to juggle between work and school, I am determined to reach my dream of being a professional educator and be productive in my career. Social discrimination drove me to pursue my course of study not only to earn a degree but also to be a useful citizen of our country. I observed that a person who has extensive education or have earned a degree is peculiar above those who have earned only a little education, the way he/she talks tells of how learned he/she is.
